Expectations from the candidate: Experience in recruiting (willing to consider candidates after specialized courses); High level of communication skills; Skills work under stress and the ability to make decisions in limited time; Knowledge of recruiting methods and techniques; Experience in finding candidates for top positions will be a big plus; Higher education in the field of management, psychology or HR.
