This position is based in Kyiv and requires a full-time, on-site commitment. We consider specialists located in Kyiv only.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of commercial experience as a full-cycle Recruiter.
• Experience in closing vacancies within tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and methodologies.
• Knowledge of tools for candidate sourcing and attraction.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Quick learner with a flexible mindset.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and optimize the recruitment process.
• Willingness to contribute to team goals and objectives.
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
• Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings of applicants, review resumes, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, to evaluate candidate fit and competency.
• Collaborate with the hiring team to collect feedback on candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and keeping candidates informed about their application status.
• Collaborate effectively with hiring managers to meet hiring goals.
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms in alignment with company policies and candidates’ expectations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Generate recruitment reports to analyze metrics and track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on your results, to effectively achieve the recruitment goals.
