Responsibilities: —Collaborate with hiring managers tounderstand job requirements, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles. —Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) toattract diverse and qualified candidates. —Conduct initial screenings ofapplicants, review resumes, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements. —Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, toevaluate candidate fit and competency. —Collaborate with the hiring team tocollect feedback oncandidates and make informed hiring decisions. —Ensure apositive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and keeping candidates informed about their application status. —Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders tomeet hiring goals. —Extend job offers and negotiate terms inalignment with company policies and candidates’ expectations. —Maintain accurate and up-to-date records ofcandidates inthe applicant tracking system (ATS). —Generate recruitment reports toanalyze metrics and track the effectiveness ofrecruitment strategies. —Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports onyour results toeffectively achieve the recruitment goals.
