We are currently looking for a recruiter. If you know how to provide high-quality customer service, find an approach to any person, convey your opinion to the client and convince him in order to get him a result, then this job is for you.

Duties:

• Organizing and conducting interviews with candidates for relevant vacancies in the company.
• Performing analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of recruiting and staff selection.
• Participating in strategic planning and developing approaches to promoting vacancies and attracting candidates.
• Collaboration with Managers and other team members to coordinate the recruitment process.
• Maintaining a candidate database, tracking statuses and updating candidate information in systems ATS and CRM.
• Warm and cold search for candidates, headhunting
