Recruiter (IT direction) in Sense Bank

We are looking for a person who will:

• engage in recruiting personnel for IT positions at various levels, using alternative search sources and tools; 

• analyze the labor market; 

• cooperate effectively with internal clients (head of departments); 

• maintain a database of candidates and prepare reports upon request. 

You are suitable if you have:

• work experience as an IT recruiter from 1 year; 

• successful experience of closing vacancies in the IT sector. 

• full or basic higher education in the relevant field of study (specialist or bachelor
