Your mission is to help Citrus become the #1 company in the world of gadgets. You will become an active and influential participant in business changes: you will attract like-minded people who are ready to build new structures and introduce innovations in all parts of the company.

For this you will have reliable support from HRD - a person with great experience in large IT companies and a real HR system geek. We provide a huge space for implementing ideas at every stage of the recruiting process.

  • Recruiting experience from 3 years.
  • A deep understanding of what makes hiring IT professionals different from general market.

  • Communication maturity: ability to speak directly about risks, workloads and non-compliance conditions.
  • Passion for recruiting and clear self-definition in professions.

What will you do:

  • You will close vacancies on schedule (5-7 vacancies at the same time: IT, marketing, commerce, support, HR).
  • You will collaborate with hiring managers to accurately define needs and profiles competencies.
  • You will create high-quality and attractive job descriptions that attract target audiences candidates.
  • You will use multiple engagement channels and cold search.
  • You will provide a quality candidate experience (SLA compliance, meaningful feedbackzok).
  • You will develop effective candidate paths and a structure of stages interview.
  • You will initiate projects to improve the efficiency of recruiting processes.
