Our expectations:- You are abroad.- General experience in IT recruiting from 3 years. - You have non-trivial approaches to finding candidates and various tools. - You have experience in validating the main competencies of candidates. - Experience in automating recruiting processes would be great. Main tasks: - Finding and attracting the best IT specialists to work in the company in accordance with the request of hiring managers; - Formation of the personnel reserve; - Development of requirements for candidates, description of vacant positions according to various sources; - Conducting interviews and evaluation of candidates; - Reporting for each candidate in the ATS; - Conducting an in-depth analysis of the candidate and vacancy market; - Generating ideas for automating and optimizing the recruiting process.
