Our expectations: - You are abroad. — General experience in IT recruiting from 3 years. —You have non-trivial approaches to searching for candidates using various tools. — You have experience in validating the main competencies of candidates. —Experience in automating recruiting processes will be great. The main tasks: —Search for the involvement of the best specialists in the IT field to work in the company in accordance with the request of hiring managers; —Formation of personnel reserve; —Development of requirements for pre-candidates, description of vacant positions according to various sources; —Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates; — Reporting to each candidate in ATS; — Conducting an in-depth analysis of the market of candidates for vacancies; — Generation of ideas for automation and optimization of the recruiting process.
