About TK

TK is a new Western outsourcing company that recruits Ukrainian IT specialists for long-term remote roles in Western companies. We are small, growing quickly and building everything from scratch.

This is your opportunity to fully manage recruiting in Ukraine from day one. You will not be supervised - you will build the system yourself.

Your responsibilities

• Search, evaluate and select Ukrainian IT specialists for Western clients
• Manage candidate pipelines and track progress using our systems
• Conduct candidate screening and ensure quality before submission to clients
• Create internal processes and structures with zero
• Communicate directly with the American founder in English
• Achieving results - property and effect are important, not positions

Who we are looking for

• 2-5 years of experience in IT recruiting, headhunting or outsourcing
• Proven experience of successful IT talent recruitment
• Fluent English (B2+) - internal communication with the founder
• Self-organization, proactivity, result-oriented
• Comfortable work independently in a rapidly changing startup
• In-depth knowledge of the Ukrainian IT market

Desirable: experience working with Western clients
