Your responsibilities: Receiving and processing incoming calls and feedback from candidates; Conducting a direct search for candidates; Conducting an initial interview and selecting candidates; Organizing the next stage of selection with department heads/HR manager; Forming texts and visuals of vacancies, announcements; Placement of vacancies on relevant search sources (job search sites, /viber, social networks, etc.); Reporting on work results.
