What you will do:

• Look for the best candidates in our network
< li>Work with job sites and social networks to find candidates
• Maintain reporting, candidate screening funnel
• Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates
• Conduct cold and hot bases of candidates
• Monitor competitors' R&D
• Manage the entire candidate search cycle up to admission

• Experience in a similar position (will be an advantage) but not necessary
