• The full recruiting cycle — from job descriptionsto the offer;
• Closing vacancies in the field of digital / e-commerce — TikTok, Amazon, design, marketing;
• Adaptation, personnel reserve;
• Reporting preparation — effectiveness, efficiency, plans;
• Communication with line leaders and owner - to synchronize business goals and team composition.
