In your position, we expect:

• Attracting fresh talent to our team;
• Search and selection of personnel, cold and warm calls. Processing of existing personnel search channels and processing of new ones;
• Control of the level of employees in the company, personnel schedules;
• Development of non-material/material motivation for personnel;
• Creation of the reputation of a worthy employer, the image of the company in the eyes of employees and candidates. Work on online reviews. 
• Resolving conflict situations in the team; 
• Increasing the level of personnel qualifications, improving the basic. Search/selection of trainings, courses;

50-80% of your time in the position is communication on the phone.
