Recruitment and motivation teams, etc. Searching for personnel for volunteer and other positions, facilitating their adaptation. An excellent candidate if you have: High level of written and verbal communication skills. Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work. High level of responsibility and leadership qualities. Communication skills to establish contact with potential candidates. Work experience in the field of personnel selection from 1 year. A higher education in the field of psychology, personnel management or a related field will be an advantage.
