The position of recruiter (HR) in the "Victory and Restoration" BO is an important role in the expansion of the team and the development of its work. We are looking for a person who can help ensure the effective search for new participants to achieve the goals of the BO. What do we need help with? forming a job profile. posting vacancies on websites. selection of resumes, calling of candidates. formation of personnel reserve. Attracting new members of the organization and building an effective team. Attracting and motivating the team, etc. Searching for personnel for volunteer and other positions, facilitating their adaptation. You are a great candidate if you have: High level of written and oral communication skills. Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work. High level of responsibility and leadership qualities. Communication skills and the ability to establish contact with potential candidates. 1 year of experience in the field of personnel selection. A higher education in the field of psychology, personnel management or a related field will be an advantage. Experience in interviewing and evaluating candidates will be an advantage.
