We are looking for a person with experience in Non-IT recruiting with the prospect of leading the recruiting department in the future. What needs to be done: • implementation of the full cycle recruiting process using typical and non-standard selection methods • interaction with heads of departments — clarification of needs, resolution of organizational issues related to interviews, etc. • building and establishing business contacts and forming a warm base of candidates for the possibility of attracting the necessary specialists • determining optimal search paths, finding non-standard and effective ways to close vacancies • labor market analysis • participation in projects to increase staff loyalty, intra-corporate work • participation in other HR- company projects • participation in the development of the employer's brand Experience and knowledge required: • experience in recruiting from 2 years; • successful experience of closing vacancies;  • possession and successful use of modern methods and tools of personnel selection, knowledge of various methods of personnel search; • the ability to interest the candidate in the company, vacancies; • orientation to the result, ability to analyze; • flexibility, sociability, the ability to find an approach to people, the ability to listen and hear; • independence, ability to set priorities, responsibility; • competent written and spoken Ukrainian language. What we offer you: work on a project that brings victory closer; a professional dream-team that drives you; a competitive 100% white salary; official employment (KZpP); work in an office near the city of Vydubychi and the opportunity to work in a hybrid format; work schedule : Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00/09:00-18:00, 24 vacation days per year and paid sick days; compensation for external training as needed; reservation, with military registration documents.
