• 1+ year of recruiting experience in arbitration;
• Successfully closing arbitration vacancies: Gambling / Nutra / Search Arbitrage;
• There is an understanding of the affiliate marketing market;
• You have cases of hiring strong team members;
• Independence, attention to detail;
• High level of self-organization, discipline.

• Communication with team leaders;
• Search for candidates for the given parameters;
• Composing the text of vacancies;

• Posting of vacancies;
• Preparation of test tasks and conducting interviews;
• Selection of candidates by competencies;
• Onboarding in team processes;
• li>Planning the costs of searching for candidates.
