Recruiter (HR specialist / Talent Acquisition) - traffic arbitration

Candidate requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter from 1 year (we consider Middle and Senior).
• Experience in closing vacancies in the field of traffic arbitration (media buyers, creatives, technical specialists).
• Understanding specifics of arbitration, verticals (Crypto, Forex, Gambling, etc.) and the affiliate marketing market.
• Ability to conduct multi-level interviews and quickly evaluate candidates.
• Skills in searching and hunting candidates in Telegram, specialized chats and on profile resources.
• Responsibility, proactivity and result orientation.
