Main responsibilities:
- Searching for personnel using candidate databases;
- Searching for candidates using archives ;
- Search for candidates on internal databases;
- Search for candidates on job sites;
- Search for candidates in LinkedIn;
- Search for candidates among previously called;
- Working with Excel tables;
- Filling ERP and databases with information about the selection stages; Labor market analytics; Monitoring of competitors' wages;
- Interaction with the department management;
- Formation of ideas on attracting qualified personnel;
- Interaction with HR division of the management company
- Formation of the internal description of the candidate;
- Formation of job descriptions;
- Conducting all stages of interviews; /em>
- Control of the motivation of employees during the trial period;
- Control of passing the trial period;
- Measuring the effectiveness of all search sources;
- Control of budgets for personnel search;
- Formation of experience regarding the possibilities of attracting personnel in the following periods;
- Development of recruitment plans (annual, quarterly recruitment plan).
Requirements for candidates:
- Education: higher;
- Work experience: from 2 years in the position of Recruiter< /strong> with clear metrics, KPI, work tasks;
- Ability to effectively find candidates;
- Ability to form a candidate profile;
- Knowledge of personnel evaluation methods;
- Ability to effectively reallocate budgets for personnel selection;
- Knowledge of effective recruitment sources;
- Ability to conduct candidates through all stages of interviews (Security Service, Personnel, Questionnaires, Photos, Documents);
- Knowledge of the current laws of Ukraine regarding the employment of personnel;
- Skills in using ERP, filling in Excel, tables and forms;
- Experience of working with JOB sites;
- Experience of analyzing search sources and interacting with management, regarding consulting on further actions regarding the search for personnel;
- Desirable: Have experience in mass search for personnel.
