Recruiter, HR manager assistant in Load N Go

Logistic company Load N Go is looking for a Recruiter to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.

It’s a full time job, but we also consider a candidate for part time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Provide support to Human Resources executives
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Carry out inspections to identify the growth points of employees

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
