Main job duties:

• Search for employees, initial processing of resumes and initial interview with the candidate
• Posting of vacancies on the Internet resources
• Organization of the onboarding process, creating an "Employee position" map and theoretical material "Functional for a new employee"
• Conducting a regular performance review
• Conducting team building
