We are looking for a candidate who: has 2 years of recruiting experience; understands the specifics of recruiting a team of more than 100 people; has communication with the main recruiting platforms, knows well the current methods of searching and recruiting personnel; An additional advantage will be work experience in retail or distribution What will be required to do: close the entire cycle of candidate selection (from posting a vacancy to transferring the candidate to the company's staff) coordinate vacancies with heads of business areas, offer effective selection methods work with various sources of candidate search promote initial interviews Salary — UAH 28,000 — 30,000 according to the results of the interview. 5-day work week, Saturday and Sunday off.
