A separate presidential brigade named after Hetman Bohdan Khmelnytskyi is a military unit of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The vacancy involves service related to the recruitment of military personnel. Candidates with military or civilian experience are considered for the position of recruiter / HR manager. Requirements: 2+ years of relevant HR or Recruiter Specialist experience, civilian or military Strong analytical and effective problem solving skills Excellent communication skills High degree of self-organization, responsibility and independence in the workplace Ability to make and take responsibility for decisions Willingness to learn quickly Education and certifications in the field of HR will be an advantage, understanding of the organization of military units, legislation and document management will be an advantage. Working conditions: service in the city of Kyiv, possible business trips, full employment, 6-day work week at the headquarters of the army, contract service until the end of the legal period of martial law, transfer of active servicemen from the Ground Forces with consent of the immediate commander (in relation) stable financial support, social guarantees provided for by the laws of Ukraine on social protection of military personnel direct cooperation and assistance in the struggle for freedom and independence of Ukraine Duties: collection and systematization of data on the needs of military units in personnel formation of job profiles, position descriptions and placing them on job portals, conducting initial interviews and first communication with candidates, offering vacancies; monitoring the recruiting process from giving the candidate a relationship to enrolling him in the lists of the military unit. interaction with the Territorial centers of staffing and social support (TCC and SP), recruiting centers involvement in the processes and providing proposals for improving the recruiting processes in the military unit
