Main responsibilities: Development and design of vacancies: Formation of attractive job descriptions that reflect the specifics of the work and corporate culture. Job posting: Posting ads on relevant platforms and social networks, ensuring their visibility to the target audience. Selection of candidates: Initial analysis of resumes and motivational letters, selection of candidates for further stages of interviews. Organization and conduct of interviews: Coordination of interviews with candidates, including initial, group and final interviews with management. Communication with candidates: Providing feedback to candidates at all stages of selection, maintaining a positive image of the company. Adaptation of new employees: Development and implementation of adaptation programs, familiarization of newcomers with corporate culture and processes. Support during the test period: Regular collection of feedback from new employees and their managers, solving possible problems. Additional duties: Participation in the development of corporate culture: Contributing to the formation of a positive working environment, implementing initiatives to improve team interaction. Market analysis: tracking trends in the labor market, assessing the competitiveness of salaries, working conditions. Employer brand development: Organizing events that showcase the company as an attractive employer. Professional development: Support for training and development of employees, including the organization of trainings and seminars. Candidate requirements: Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years. Higher education in the field of "Management", "Psychology" or "HR". Excellent communication skills, abilities work in a team. Knowledge of recruiting tools and personnel assessment methods. Ability to learn quickly, adaptability to changes.
