REQUIREMENTS: At least 1 year of experience in the position of HR manager / HR Generalist / Recruiter or similar positions in IT; Knowledge and understanding of HR processes in IT outsourcing companies; Experience in implementing HR processes in IT outsourcing companies; High level of communication skills; WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE: Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above; Ability to create and implement processes in the company; Knowledge of automation in the field of recruiting. Interest in the video game industry. PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Responsibility; Ability to perform tasks in a timely manner; Discipline; Proactive, results-oriented position. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Full cycle of recruiting (candidate search, conducting interviews, documentation); Communication with employees at the stages of onboarding, 1:1 meetings, salary review, termination of cooperation, etc.; Completing and signing various types of documents (contracts, appendices to them, offers, etc.); Fulfilling other, not complicated obligations.
