Our company with an office in Dubai is looking for an experienced recruiter who will be engaged in the recruitment of personnel remotely. Duties: creation, posting of vacancies, selection of candidates, video interviews; verification of compliance with requirements, agreement of terms and interviews; management of internships, training, testing and adaptation of new employees; personnel promotions and transfers, dismissals. Requirements: knowledge of the English language, as the interview will have to be conducted in this language; work experience of 2-5 years; general professional education and enthusiasm; willingness to learn and work in a rapidly growing team and develops.
