Responsibilities: Description of vacancies, placement on job sites and use of alternative candidate search channels. Selection of line-level candidates (event managers) and office departments. Conducting structured initial interviews. Participation in training and adoption of new team members. Support and control passing the probationary period. Maintaining the internal database of candidates. Requirements for candidates: Work experience of 1 year and a desire to develop in this field. High level of communication skills. Efficiency and ability to work for results; Independence, responsibility, ability to organize your working time.
