Main duties: Conducting an active search and promotion of company vacancies on various platforms (Job boards, LinkedIn, social networks, etc.) Studying and analyzing the resumes of candidates, conducting interviewing and selecting the best candidates for further consideration Establishing and maintaining an effective communication process with candidates Ensuring compliance with recruiting processes and company principles Preparing and reporting on recruiting activities Requirements: Experience in recruiting or a related field would be an advantage but not required Ability to work under stress and solve problems High communication and communication skills with different types of people.Orientation on results and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above will be an advantage.
