Candidate requirements: Successful proven experience in closing vacancies at various levels : mass recruitment (retail), technical staff, line managers; Possession of modern tools for attracting and selecting candidates; Confident PC user: Word, Excel, 1C; Love for one's work, desire to develop professionally; High level of personal responsibility, self-organization; Ability to plan work hours and set priorities. Responsibilities: Search and recruitment of personnel; Organization and control of the implementation of the adaptation program; Implementation of the company's corporate culture projects in its region; Review of the labor market; Participation in the projects of the Department of Personnel Management.
