Recruiter/HR manager in UCG, Konsaltingovaya kompaniya

DUTIES:

1) Search and recruitment of administrative and production personnel:

- publish announcements about the company's current vacancies through various communication channels to attract potential candidates (online and offline);

- conduct telephone and personal interviews with potential candidates;

- do initial screening of candidates based on qualifications requirements;

2) Help in the adaptation and induction of new employees.

3) Constantly monitor the labor market and wages for key positions in the company.

4) Maintain a database of specialists and form a personnel reserve.

5) Make periodic reports for the manager

WORKING CONDITIONS:

- RESERVATION

- Working schedule: 5 days, from 09:00 to 18:00.

- Lunch break: 1 hour.

- Place of work: Svoboda Ave. 

- The workplace is equipped with everything you need.

- Official registration and basic social benefits: paid vacation and paid sick leave.

- Free food, tea and coffee in the office.

SALARY: UAH 30,000 - 40,000. (According to the results of the interview).

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

- Education: higher

- PC skills: MS Office. Possession of specialized logistics programs and CRM is welcome.

- Work experience: from 2 years as a recruiter or HR manager in a commercial company.

- Experience in successfully finding administrative and production personnel.

- Experience in multitasking mode.

- Experience in a food company/enterprise is preferred. industry.

- Analytical thinking, the ability to work with large amounts of information, determination, perseverance, responsibility.
