Duties:

• Search for personnel from all possible platforms, such as work, telegram, viber, facebook, etc., cold and hot calls personnel.
• Conducting telephone preliminary interviews.
• Explaining work duties to personnel, their work schedule, working conditions, etc.
• Collection of questionnaires from new personnel and reporting.
• Control and support of future personnel, bringing to the result a potential employee.
• Coordination of adaptation and support of new personnel employees
• Support and strengthening of corporate culture
• Participation in the formation of a strong employer brand
