Recruiter / HR manager in Profitable Global Affiliates

We are looking for a recruiter who can efficiently and quickly close vacancies in the digital sphere.

We need a person who knows how to work independently, understands technical roles and knows how to find strong candidates without "internal chaos".

Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of candidates for the positions of PPC, SMM, farmers, managers.
• Conducting an initial interview (checking experience, competencies, motivation).
• Forming a short profile of the candidate and team lead transfer.
• Maintenance of simple reporting on the hiring funnel (how many candidates > who is in the job > who passed).
• Supporting the candidate until the moment of starting the job.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting from 6 months (can be non-IT, the main thing is the result).
• Ability to conduct quality interviews: ask the right questions and quickly evaluate the candidate.
• Understanding basic roles in digital (PPC, farmer, traffic manager - will be a plus).
• Independence, punctuality, accuracy in communications.

Terms:

• Completely remote work.
• Flexible schedule, but with timely completion of tasks.
• Pay: rate 20000 - UAH 30,000 depending on experience in the field
• The rate is discussed based on the results of a short conversation.
• Quick answers, a minimum of bureaucracy, a live process.
