Recruiter, HR manager in Konfiskat

Job Description

We are a well-known and successful retail company that has been delighting our customers with modern clothing and footwear collections, as well as quality home goods and accessories for over 10 years. Currently, there are more than 45 stores located throughout Ukraine. We have become constant consultants for hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers, but we do not stop there.

We are expanding the team and are looking for a Recruiter who will fill vacancies for Konfiskat chain stores in Odessa. If you know how to find people even where they don't seem to be there - we are definitely on the way.

What you will need to do:

• • Close vacancies for stores: cashiers, sellers, administrators.
• • The full recruitment cycle: from the search to the departure of an employee on the first working day.
• • Work with job sites, social networks and internal recommendations.
• • Conducting phone and face-to-face interviews.
• • Maintaining a candidate database, communicating with store managers.
• • Controlling staff occupancy.

What is required of you:

• • Experience in recruiting will be a plus, but if you learn quickly, it's not terrible.
• • Communicativeness and the ability to work quickly
• • Orientation on the result and the desire to close, not just "lead the process".
