• have successful experience of 2 years or more in a similar position; if you are oriented in the peculiarities of business processes, this will be your significant advantage;
• clearly understand the full cycle of personnel selection, know the tools of working with personnel at each stage;
• knowledge of current labor legislation, rules preparation of documentation for admission and dismissal of personnel;
• attractiveness and charisma! they turn to you, they consult you, they love to communicate with you and you are the soul of the company;
• you have excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.

• building from "0 » all hr-processes in the company, construction and implementation of all business processes of the company;
• selection and adaptation of personnel;
• evaluation and certification of employees, development and implementation of team development programs;
• management of the system of financial and non-financial motivation;
• creation and support of the company's corporate culture;
• establishment of effective communication between all employees of the company, monitoring of compliance with labor legislation, information management about employees.
