Responsibilities:

• Search for candidates using various search channels;

• Analysis and optimization of the search and recruitment process;
• Conducting telephone and personal interviews;
• Maintenance of a database of candidates and formation of a personnel reserve;
• Labor market monitoring and analysis, search channel performance analytics;
• Preparation of reporting on personnel selection.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience in a similar position of 5 years or more;

• Owning various techniques and methods of searching and recruiting personnel;
• Energy, sociability, active life position;
• Ability to work with a large amount of information;
• Orientation on results and quality of work.
