We will feel the touch if you have:

• Experience as a recruiter in IT, from 1.5 years ( Hardware in priority), or work experience in an agency for closing complex multi-faceted vacancies,
• Understanding of recruiting processes and tools in IT,
• Experience of working in the role of HR, understanding of key HR processes in the company: Onboarding, conducting 1:1, relevance to the development of corporate culture,

• Experience with HR platforms Hurma (in priority), Clever Staff,
• Successful experience in developing and implementing internal HR projects aimed at involving and integrating the Team will be a plus.

  What tasks await you:

  • Search for candidates according to briefs, conducting interviews, working with internal customers who create vacancies,

  • Carrying out adaptation according to the working procedure

  • Writing creative texts for vacancies, participation in the organization of team building, implementation of internal projects and initiatives,

  • Working with the team, conducting 1:1 meetings, NPS surveys.
