Your duties:

• Search and attraction of candidates;
• Creating attractive vacancies and posting them on relevant platforms;< /li>
• Active search for candidates through professional networks, employment sites and other sources;
• Conducting telephone/personal interviews;
• Evaluation of candidates' professional skills and personal qualities;

• Verification of recommendations;
• Active participation in adaptation and development of personnel;
• Immersion in HR processes;
• Creation of reports.
