We have the expertise, experience and resources now to win new searches Recruiter | HR Generalist to the team. Together with us, you will have the opportunity to work with different businesses at different stages, cover all stages of the product life cycle, take part in the construction of new processes and teams, you will receive interesting challenges that encourage your rapid growth and development.

Your area of ​​responsibility:

HR:

  • Working with existing employees: conducting 1:1 meetings , onboarding, exit interview, work with employee involvement;
  • Development of the internal ecosystem of the fund - creation of corporate culture, organization of corporate events;
  • Responsibility for basic HR processes on individual projects;

Recruitment:

  • Active search for candidates of various levels for Tech and Non-Tech positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (resume screening/ phone interviews, interviews, sending job-offer-a)
  • Entering candidates into the internal ATS (Breezy);
  • Providing feedback to candidates, developing a positive Candidate Experience, working with building Employer branding.
  • Help with improving the recruiting process, developing policies, writing guides, training managers, finding tools to automate the hiring process;

  • Experience in similar positions;
  • The desire to develop both in recruiting and covering HR processes;
  • Understanding the construction of HR processes;
  • Experience of the full cycle of closing vacancies;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Knowledge of English at a level not lower than B1+.
