Main duties: Full the recruiting cycle, from the analysis of the application for the selection of candidates to the moment the specialist leaves for work Active search and selection of relevant candidates, incl. IT direction Work with Linkedin, job sites, Boolean search, feedback processing Search for new, effective channels for attracting candidates Organization and conducting interviews Cooperation with heads of structural units on issues of personnel management and HR processes Identification of key needs of structural units of the Bank related to human resources management with the aim of solving themParticipation in the process of adapting new employees Participation in projects aimed at improving and increasing the efficiency and productivity of personnel.
