The company "Job Navigator" is a recruiting agency that specializes in personnel selection for large corporations and small businesses. In connection with the expansion of the staff, we are looking for an active and ambitious candidate for the position of "Recruiter (HR assistant)" in our office in the city of Kharkiv.

Duties:

• Search and selection of candidates for the company's clients;
• Working with job sites and other candidate search channels;
• Conducting initial telephone interviews and evaluation candidates;
• Working with the crm-system;
• Coordinating and supporting the recruitment process;
• Interacting with company departments to resolve questions regarding vacancies.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position is welcome, also experience as a sales manager or administrator in a large companies;
• Understanding the nuances of searching for candidates with mass and point recruitment;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team;
• High responsibility and organization.
