Responsibilities:

• Candidate search, selection based on resume and requirements
• Communication using ready-made funnels and scripts ( text, calls, meetings)
• Onboarding + adaptation according to instructions
• Registration of candidates, reporting
• Offer ideas for improving processes (we really appreciate it)

• Office management - coffee, flowers, and a good mood :)

Important! We provide full support, training with ready-made materials, scripts, funnels, instructions and regulations. We already have all job descriptions, hiring + onboarding funnels, and all reports. Therefore, you will understand exactly what needs to be done)

Who are we looking for?

• experience working as an HR / recruiter - from 1 year is desirable
• experience using various search methods and sites (job sites, Telegram, LinkedIn, and others)
• experience or understanding of the fields of SEO & Digital Marketing
• skills in working with Google Sheets, experience in writing guides, checklists or regulations will be a plus

• initiative person, with a desire for development - constantly offers new, improvement, quality solutions, provides hypotheses for discussion
• organization, system, multitasking, ability to learn quickly
• skills to remember and leave a good impression after the conversation :)
