Duties:

• Selection of candidates for various vacancies in the company
• Conducting interviews with candidates
• Writing and posting vacancies on various resources
• Participation in improving the recruitment process< /li>
• Work in CRM
• Reporting
• Participation in the process of training and assessment of professional competences and knowledge

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year (I will consider candidates with experience as a call center operator, psychologists, teachers);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Knowledge of the basic principles of personnel selection ;
• Ability to work under stress;
• High responsibility and organization.
