Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting from 6 months [mandatory];
• Higher education;
• Competent command of spoken and written Ukrainian language; ??
• Communicativeness, sincerity, openness and the ability to work in a team;
• Ability to work with a large amount of communication, the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships;
• The desire to learn, develop in Recruiting and HR processes.

Responsibilities:< /b>

• Posting high-quality text of job vacancies, searching for personnel and accepting entries. applications;
• Screening of hot resumes (feedbacks) + work with the search for candidates;
• Conducting initial interviews;
• Maintaining documentation and reports on personnel recruitment issues;

• Participation in personnel development projects;
• Other tasks related to recruiting.
