Job description The "Brook Market" company is engaged in the production and sale of high-quality paving slabs. We provide services for the production and installation of paving slabs, warranty and post-warranty service. We work on the territory of Chernivtsi, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zakarpattia and Vinnytsia regions. We are looking for a recruiter (HR) to join our team, who will work on a wide variety of vacancies. What tasks will the recruiter be responsible for: creating interesting and attractive vacancies; searching for suitable candidates , their selection and adaptation; conducting interviews, working with reviews; development in the field of HR (motivation, certification, training). Maintaining a candidate database and maintaining its relevance; Planning and organizing the recruitment process; Cooperation with external recruiting agencies and universities; Searching for candidates on job sites and different job search channels; Writing daily and weekly work plans and reporting on them. For me, it is important for the candidate: Experience in a similar position (if you do not have it, but you want to learn and develop in this field, we have such an opportunity); Education in the direct training of psychology/management; Knowledge of the basics of psychology and the basics of sociology Ability to work with recruiting tools and platforms; Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with people; Organization, responsibility and the ability to work in a team. Has experience in recruiting; results-oriented and finding a way to solve problems.
