Recruiter/HR in Gemicle

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter who is passionate about identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the IT industry. You will play a critical role in shaping our team, driving our recruitment strategy, and ensuring we continue to build a strong, diverse, and innovative workforce.
 

Qualifications:

- Experience in recruiting over 5 years: successful search, hiring, and adaptation of employees, closing several vacancies in the company at the same time, organizing effective teams 

- Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles. Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate assessment skills.
- Consistency in work and focus on achieving high results
- Negotiation skills
- Implementation of a search strategy, develop effective job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment strategies 
- Providing HR support for the office
- Participation in HR projects
- Experience in organizing corporate events
- A desire to actively develop and improve your skills
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, CRM system
- High level of communication skills, result orientation, and leadership skills
- English level - above average

Key Responsibilities: 

- Conducting a full recruitment cycle (Source, attract and hire top candidates for various IT roles, develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline)
- Interaction with department Leads
- Participation in the creation of an HR strategy
- Participation in the automation of current processes
- Identifying and supporting initiatives from employees to improve efficiency, develop the company and culture
- Onboarding of new employees (Ensure a positive, seamless, and professional experience for all candidates, from initial contact through onboarding)
- Adaptation of new employees
- Conducting 1:1 meetings
- Offboarding, conducting Exit-interviews
- Maintaining the established reporting.
