Here’s the experience that will help you to do the job:
- work experience in IT HR 1 year+;
- psychological, sociological or personnel management education;
- good time management skills;
- understanding of methods and experience in resolving conflicts and disputes;
- experience or at least an understanding of the principles of counseling, coaching and retention;
- willingness to take responsibility for the results of your work.
What you’ll help us with:
- onboarding of new contractors;
- conducting performance reviews;
- conducting regular 1to1 assessments and adjustments of the relationship between the company and the contractors;
- resolving conflict and problematic cases in teams.
