About the company

We are KYIVSPETS2000, a manufacturer and supplier of boilers, heat accumulators, bunkers and equipment for solid fuel heating.
We work throughout Ukraine and export our products to Moldova, Romania, Poland, Lithuania and Latvia.

In the company has more than 100 employees, and we are actively expanding for the second year. Due to growth, we are looking for a Recruiter/HR to become a key part of the team and help build strong hiring and HR management processes.

Duties:

• The full cycle of recruiting: from the search to the exit of a candidate for a job.
• Onboarding new employees
• Headhunting and working with top and key positions
• Personnel accounting
• Adjusting the organization structure of the company as necessary

What we expect from the candidate:

• Recruiting or HR experience
• Willingness to develop and grow with the company.

Would be an advantage but not necessarily:

• Experience working with a reporting structure
• Experience working in manufacturing companies
• Ability to close complex and managerial vacancies.
• Knowledge of personnel accounting
• Initiative and willingness to propose new HR solutions
