• Successful work experience from 3 years in in the field of work with personnel
• Knowledge of current labor legislation, the labor market
• Free use of a PC

Responsibilities:

• Quality search and selection of employees for open vacancies
• Prompt closing of vacancies
• Support of candidates at all stages from researcher, job offer to the end of the trial period
• Support of the candidate during the adaptation period
• Formation of potential personnel reserve
• Labor market monitoring and counseling of recruitment initiators
