We are looking for an energetic and proactive HR manager with experience in recruiting who will not only manage recruitment process, but also to maintain corporate culture and promote the development of our employees. 

The ideal candidate is a specialist with excellent communication skills, able to quickly find a quality specialist, analytical thinking and a high level of organization .

Main tasks" : none">Recruiting

• Search and selection of qualified candidates (1 -3 vacancies per month of medium and top level).
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
• Maintaining the candidate database and maintaining its relevance.
• Interaction with department heads to determine candidate requirements.
• Development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies.

Personnel management

• Implementation of HR processes in the company.
• Organization of adaptation programs for new employees.
• Coordination of personnel training and development.
• Supporting corporate culture and employee motivation.
• Conducting regular employee satisfaction surveys and analyzing the results.
• Conducting exit interviews.

What we expect from you

• 2 years of experience as an HR manager or recruiter, preferably in the field of construction and e-commerce.
• Knowledge of modern methods and toolsrecruiting.
• Ability to work with material and non-material motivation of employees. 
• Implementation of CRI.
• Proficiency in English at the B2 level.
