The newest bookstore-café is looking for Recruiter, we will create a special and comfortable space for the entire team of employees and will find talented employees in the team.
The main duties that await you:
Actively search for potential candidates through various channels (booksellers, baristas and "specialist" level); p>
Conduct interviews and evaluation of candidates in order to select the best applicants;
Providing feedback to candidates after interviews;
Organization and support of staff adaptation;
Ensure the collection of primary documents of candidates for registration (including official employment);
Cooperation with managers to clarify personnel needs and determine requirements for candidates;
Participation in various HR projects;
What we expect from the candidate:
Experience in recruitment from the 1st year, experience in independent and high-quality closing of vacancies;
Knowledge of interviewing methods based on competencies, case, biographical;
Knowledge of the Labor Code and the process of registration of employees in accordance with the law;
You have strong communication skills, know how to negotiate and work with objections;
You know how to work in a team and effectively cooperate with different departments of the company;
You have successful experience of working with several vacancies at the same time;
Experience in personnel adaptation is desirable;
Willingness to work flexibly (be in touch);
